Do I receive the exact animal shown in the photos?
Yes. Each listing shows an individual animal with a unique ID. The animal you receive matches the listing ID and photos.
What information is included in each listing?
Each animal has a unique ID, morph/subspecies information, sex (if determined), year of birth, price, and updated photos. Additional details are available on the product page.
How do I reserve or request an animal?
Click Details on a listing and use Request. We confirm availability and next steps by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options are provided during confirmation of your request/reservation and depend on the destination. In general, we accept bank transfer, credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal for most payments.
When will my animal be shipped?
We will arrange an individual shipping date with you that fits your schedule. We plan shipping with animal welfare first. If temperatures are unsuitable, shipping is postponed and we propose the next safe window.
Can you hold an animal for me?
Holding/reservations is possible by paying a 20% deposit on the animal(s). Please see our Terms & Conditions and contact us for further information.
Are there any legal restrictions?
