Hypo (pos Super) Jaguar
This Hypo Jaguar is labeled "pos Super" – the Hypo component may be homozygous (Super Hypo). If confirmed, Super Hypo nearly eliminates melanin while Jaguar disrupts and fragments the dorsal pattern. The result would be an extremely light animal with warm golden tones and minimal, fragmented pattern remnants – significantly lighter than a standard (heterozygous Hypo) Jaguar.
The "pos" designation indicates that Super status has not been confirmed through breeding trials. Both Hypo and Jaguar are intermediately inherited and originate from Coastal Carpet Pythons (M. s. mcdowelli). Without a "pure Coastal" label, this animal has a mixed subspecies background.
As with all Jaguar combinations, mild head wobble may be present – a neurological trait associated with the Jaguar mutation that does not affect the animal's quality of life.
