Hypo Zebra Jaguar
The Hypo Zebra Jaguar combines three intermediately inherited mutations: Hypo and Jaguar from Coastal Carpet Pythons (M. s. mcdowelli), and Zebra from Jungle Carpet Pythons (M. s. cheynei). This is a multi-subspecies designer morph.
Hypo reduces melanin, shifting dark tones toward warm brown and grey. Zebra adds transverse banding. Jaguar disrupts and fragments the pattern. The triple interaction mutes the bold Zebra Jaguar contrast: black becomes warm brown, and the ground color lightens to pale ocher-cream. The result is a softened, refined version of the high-contrast Zebra Jaguar phenotype – each individual highly variable.
As with all Jaguar combinations, mild head wobble may be present – a neurological trait associated with the Jaguar mutation that does not affect the animal's quality of life.
